Etowah County Divorce Records
Etowah County divorce records have two practical forms. The case file is a local Domestic Relations record in Circuit Court, and the certified divorce certificate is a statewide vital record available through ADPH. The Etowah instructions say an uncontested filer may appear for final decree signing any time after 31 days from filing if the papers are complete, then return to the clerk to file the decree and obtain two certified copies.
